Hello,
Recently a buyer has left a negative feedback however he is not responding to the emails/ messages and phone calls too.
Tried opening report member case, that too got closed but feedback wasn't removed.
Talked to Trust and Safety dptt too, as per them they need communication from member only stating remove negative feedback.
Since member is not contable, thats not a solution for me. What shall I do in this case?
