Everybody gets such fraudulent mails and you must have received it at your email address only and not in the ebay message inbox. Only believe in mails which you get in your ebay message inbox and no other mail.
Yes it is also true that ebay many times(even after requesting ebay not to do so) sends some mails directly to your email address and not in your ebay message inbox but ebay does it only when it wants to play unfair so that they can later deny that it is an ebay mail but ebay does do it.
