INTERNATIONAL SELLERS

Hi,

I have sold few items only world wide to USA , France and Netherlands. Since I am selling worldwide I would like to get the experience from all international sellers about the countries they feel are not seller friendly.
I would like to know the following:
a) Countries which are tough on imports
b) Countries which may delay our consignments for some or other reasons.
c) Couriers which are good to sell intrenationally.
d) Documents to be attached while sending Internationally
e) Is IE code a must while selling internationally.
f) If a consignment is held up during despach at Indian Exit point , whom to contact
