We are excited to announce your new updated profile page called My World. A My World page complements your About Me page and enables you to showcase your personality and interests by combining many of the features already available on eBay.

What you can do with My World
Think of My World as your place to show the rest of the eBay Community who you are on eBay. You can customize your page's look, layout and content through a variety of available features and modules:
Feedback – Feedback will always be prominently displayed atop My World so that you can quickly see the transaction history of each member.
Listings - Display your current listings and customize how they appear on your page.
Photo or Icon - Show the world your face! Upload your own personal photo or choose from over 30 icons to represent you.
Bio - Provide a description of yourself, your interests, your selling policies or anything else you want to include. You can also create search tags that make it easy for other members to find you.
Shop - eBay Shop sellers will have their own Shop module with customizable promotion boxes.
Find people with similar interest and passion - When you post your interest, hobbies, things you buy, sell etc, your words get tagged. When you click on a tag, you get to see all people who have similar interest as yours.

To find your My World page, click on your user id anywhere on the site or visit http://myworld.ebay.in and click the Get Started button. Each member will have their own URL at http://myworld.ebay.com/[yourUserID]. We encourage you to start experimenting – play with different designs and features to see what you like!
We've also created a new thread for you to share ideas and designs with each other.

Hi I am Narayanan,
I bought a sony ericsson x10 xperia mobile from fashion zone through ebay,After 20 days i got to know that it is a second hand mobile,which panel was changed and given as new one.Now Battery is gone and he didnt give me bill also.I got this information when i showed my mobile in sony service center.When i called ebay customer support they are telling irresponsible answer.I want the refund money.Please dont cheat people like this.

Please give my money back.Otherwise this will be my last transaction.

Please remove Fashion zone from the sellers's list.He is a international fraud

I had ordered and paid for a new cotex 4 in 1 curling ir.but istead recieved a old and used product.The box is torn,the tray that holds the curlers is cracked from a lot a of places,the curling iron also looks old and used and even i did not get the offer hair brush with it.I HAVE emiled the concern to ebay and to the buyer but hav got no resolution.I dont know why ebay gives a 100%gurntee to the custmer in its adds on tv and sites when they dont do anything to help the custmer instead force the custmer to keep the wrong and deffected product..evn if u call them on there custmercare they just dont help you n keeep saying that the concerned person will get back to you in 24 hrs but nobody does.....IT IS REALLY DISSAPOINTING AND SAD

I have purchased 4GB pen drive of Moserbaer Swivel recently vide Invoice No PI-LS-10617/12-13 dated 14th Nov 2012 from Priyali Infotech, H.No. 70, Gumbud Street, Katwariya Sarai, New Delhi through ebay online shopping. After receiving the item when I matched the billed rate (Rs. 289.524+DVAT) with the rate (Rs. 285/-) printed on pack, I found the billed rate higher than the printed rate. It socked to me that how billed rate can be higher than printed rate. As per rule nobody can sell the item higher than the printed rate. Please let me clarify it otherwise it is great cheating.

Thank you for confirming the receipt of item "SANDISK MICRO SDHC 4 GB MMC" (140867191486) from seller we_sell_the_world.
Paid through ebay website...fault item send which is dummy memory card...reverse shipment made to Mr.Amith the seller but not yet received...my shipment...

a good lesson for me not to buy any items from ebay...who are selling china pieces fraud items..

Hello Sir,

Good Evening, Hope you are doing good.

This is RAGHU from HYDERABAD, the thing is that i had placed an order on 28DEC 2012, but your customer care people were still processing the transaction from the last 4 days.

Why don't they process the transaction quickly and intimate the seller to dispatch the item as soon as possible, the seller is more proactive than your customer support team, he had mailed me thrice updating with the status.

If there is any problem in the transaction then the team should have intimate it to me in hand, but they are sitting in idle till i make a call and ask them regarding the status.

And more over the customer care people are always simply saying that the transaction will be processed by end of the day whenever and every day i make a call to them.

They always say that there is a problem with the payment gateway, i am wondering that the payment gateway might got struck due to my flow of funds

In the site i have observed that the item will dispatched to the mentioned address with in 2 to 3 days after the payment.

This is very annoying regarding your eBay customer service, it wont be sufficient to display the facilities in the site rather than proving with the actual service.

I too work with the payment gateways integration in web applications and i know how they works, if there is any problem while paying the transaction from my ICICI bank then it would have credited back to my account and more over the PaisaPay would not have generated a PaisaPay Id in-case if it did not received the transaction status from my ICICI bank.

Please intimate to the customer care team to look in to the issue as soon as possible as it is very late, money is not the matter of concern, expected service should be provided according to your website copyright standards to make the users to believe you and trust you in the future, am not expecting your customer care people to provide a free social service to the users.

I have purchased one watch from ebay but they deliverd wrong item after that i have left feedback same and wanted to get exchange with right watch but actually shipped item is wrong and ebay is not bother to exchange with right item instead of that they asking to delete comment. they worried their business not costomer. useless online store. Poor quality of service,material.
I have told let me get right item then i will delete. after few days one person called and this time story itself different. he is asking to courier back the wrongly shipped watch and no clue of my right item. there are lot of good online store availble with very good service. please dont choose ebay anymore.
