Cant post multiple quanitity in listing

Heloo i am new to ebay seller . I have done few transaction in past 2 days . but i am facing problem that i cant post multiple quantity in a single listing..Can someone tell me minimum requirement to post multiple quantity in a single listing

you just need 5 feedback and then you will be able to list multiple quantities.

You need only 5 feedback to list item with multi quantity. You don't need 20 feedback.
