But let me tell you I sent an email confirming with the buyer if the second item purchased was unintentional or a mistake, she did not reply to those emails at all. In such a case, what could have I done ?
Secondly, I have also offered the buyer that I shall remove the UPI Strike and she in lieu of this would withdraw the feedback. But again she's least bothered. How to handle such things ? I dont mind apologizing for my mistakes, because I myself believe in customer satisfaction and I always think that had I been the buyer, I might have done the same thing.
And lastly, regarding the personal information thing, I surely apologize to all the community members and ebay staff for that. And kindly request the ebay pinks to remove the post.
