I felt very sad to hear you again came across a negative feedback. Hope you have communicated with the buyer for Mutual Feedback Withdrawal and replacement of the items.

Contact ODR India, may be they can help to withdraw. They are having promotion in their fee till 20th August.

Although I have made them the payment and just filed the case.

All I wanted to know is how long does the whole procedure usually takes and since you've used their services , could you let me know how many times the solution was in your favour ?

Do they get the feedback completely removed or is it just withdrawn and still visible to everyone ??

Are they actually reliable ??? I have a lot of questions in mind but then this is the ONLY option I am left with.

The buyer, (ebay user id, soups_cream) is such a fraud, I just can not help that woman. She has been contiously ignoring my emails, I had also offered a full refund, but she seems to be uninterested,

She only took out a frustration of the UPI Strike which I gave her for the second item she bought from me.

Anyways, I really hope that something works out.

Sorry to know the situation and -ve feedback.

Best way is to communicate with customer and do needful help to get the item back. I know it is painful to return the goods and refund. But no option if the customer is really not happy. Or offer him discount like 15-20% to remove feedback, that as good a paying fees to ORD, if you feel it helps. Or just take back the goods on your own cost and refund him to get the feedback removal. You can also reply for the feedback left in between to keep other customers confidence. Best way to accept back and refund. That is most good solution and if you get your feedback score you can sell better. If the buyer is threating just as a competitor inform eBay team. If it is small amount and 1 item even i can talk to customer and remove your feedback. I have done that before for other friends, both are happy and good still writing in community. In your case you have sold wholesale item, so please do needful to get the feedback removed. Or if you don't like to much about in group you can write to me separately about real problem, i can guide you.

Well, I have already filed the case through ODR India and sent them the fee as well.

I will try my level best to get it resolved amicably, though I am already trying this since the past 8-9 days. But the buyer just seems to be uninterested.

Lets just hope the issue gets resolved asap.

Please don't take it personally, you can still handle it. It is selling and doing a job like in our regular life. Please communicate with customer even though they are not polite with you.

Also the way you handled the case is wrong. When the customer purchase two items and paid one. Probably the unpaid one is may be a mistake purchase. You have send them message first to check it is a mistake purchase ? or not ?. If they say it is mistake purchase you have to open a dispute to mutual withdrawal for the purchase, and ask them to press "Yes" and "Agree to cancel the order". That is the right way. You cannot just open a unpaid case for a paid customer. Most successful sellers also some times failed to handle here.. Every seller should learn how to cancel a mistake purchase through dispute.

At present, the only way is to say sorry to the customer, and refund the unpaid strike amount and get your feedback removed. You politely tell her that you are in trouble because of the feedback, something like that. There is nothing wrong to say sorry to a customer, if they are not here we are not here. When you need to say sorry, you have to tell to a customer. That is business, even in real business is the same.

Don't give personal information of your buyer here, especially you have given names, that is wrong as per eBay policy if i am correct. You have to keep your customer information confidentially, that's one of the ABC's in eBay. Please don't do that.

Ebay has formed a ODRINDIA just to remove -ve feedback in exchange of high fees.

I wonder why ebay is giving headache in the SNP & -ve feedback ratings when they are already charging their fees for Listings, Sellings, Online Payment????

I wont recommend anyone to go for ORDINDIA as they are expensive and not feasable. Nobody can control Buyers mentally if BUYER CHOOSES to leave -ve feedback in anyway.

I also had bad expereince with some buyers who have demanded to lift off -ve feedback if they get full refund without returning product. BUYER has learned they can use the ebays policy and get free products.

Ebay has become now Buyer friendly. Ebay does not see Sellers +ve feedback but they only see now the -ve feedback which happens once/twice in 6 month.

Just Like I got a SNP alert as I received 2 -ve in 6months and over 147 in the same 6 months.

I would advice Sellers to avoid ODR things. Try other Website to sell your things and try to promote thru email, letters and sending them Discount Vouchers.

I am using three website to sell my things. Ebay selling is high but I am preferring my past buyers to buy from my other listed sites and also get discounts on it.

Let me know your opinions.

Hi All !

Negative feedback option is really very upsetting for sellers. Once I got a negative feedback from the buyer. Though the item was received by him just next day after sending payment and exactly same as described. The buyer did not made any complain about the item but directly put negative feedback. I, through emails, offered him even refund, if the item is not upto mark and also send mutual feedback removal agreement. but neither he is ready to communicate nor returning item for refund or replacement nor changing negative feedback. I tried to spoke to him over std 4 times and could hear his hello voice twice. he just said that he has read my email and cut the phone.
I also wrote to ebay about this but ebay does not have any policy towards sellers that may protect them from such irresponsible buyers.
This is completely injustice from ebay. I can not understand why ebay has made free such senseless persons. A sellers's reputation is damaged without any reason and the ebay is always silent on it.
Ebay should take control of this process exactly in the same way as old baazee.com handled it. At baazee times, the sellers could make complain for such ratings and the baazee customercare executive after going through the case, used to remove such negative remarks and rating that was left without sufficient reason.

I am proud of baazee.com as the indian standard was much much better then the international ebay standard. Ebay is a group of selfish people. It plans only what increases its profit. Justice on ebay? Never even think about it.
The only aim of ebay is to earn money. they do not see if there has been justice for both sellers and buyers. they only check that there should be buyers so that ebay may earn at every transaction. more the buyers more earning. for justice- where it came from? ebay came here to earn, not to make justice otherwise it never had given such uncontrolled rights even to to bad buyers.

And you know this is the only negative feedback I got till now and you can not even see who did it as it happened a few years ago.

I can not understand, why ebay is not ready to make justice by having a direct control of feedback system so that its abuse can be avoided?
