Hi Meenu,
As you stated the buyer was rude, using slangs and not co-operative so I don't think she will return the goods to you on her own expense. You were in a too hurry to refund her payment, you should have waited. Never mind mistake happens in business and then only one can learn from it. Hope your future transactions go without any hassle.

When you're innocent and still receive a negative feedback and then receive threats such as buying other items through different user id's and then leaving negative feedbacks is like a total Nightmare....
I dont know that was I too skeptical or did that in rush but all I knew was, I wasnt in a good state of mind. It had affected my sales too much.
I have had horrifying times with a few buyers but everything was sorted out amicably at the end. With politeness, humble approcah, one can achieve almost everthing. But this particular buyer was not an easy task AT ALL.
I have been into business since almost 8-9 years , seen and experienced a variety of buyers offline and online, but again ...
Anyways, I still have a little hope left within me that I would be able to convice her one day for sending my items back..otherwise tough luck !! 😞

JAIPUR FASHIONS IS FRAUD SELLER FROM INDIA ON EBAY. THIS SELLER ROBS PEOPLE'S INFORMATION. AND USES FOR PERSONAL PURPOSE.
Let me clarify you, we atleast do not need any personal information of users like you. We haven't used any personal info (Credit Card info), like you mentioned in your emails to me . Apart from that, for your knowledge let me tell you, ebay doesn't shares the credit card info of any of its users with the sellers .
NEVER SENDS ANY ITEMS TO BUYERS.
ebay & PayPal already has the proofs for your shipment in particular. And for all other buyers, the 347 feedback score in itself is the answer.

Whatever I wrote on this forum about you was absolutely correct and I didn't make any false acquisitions on you. You still have the items and the money which I refunded you.

The genuine sellers already gets recognized by GENUINE buyers. Suspension of your ebay account itself proves the whole thing.
MY ATTRONEY WILL GET BACK TO YOU. YOU ARE CHEATER. YOU KNOW IT. WHAT TWO ITEMS I BOUGHT FROM YOU. I WILL TAKE MORE ACTION ON YOU. I WILL REPORT TO YOUR LOCAL POLICE FORCE.
After getting the refund and the items, you are calling ME a cheater ??? You're more than welcome to take any such actions. I tried my 100% to resolve the matter through 48 email conversations amicably.
