Firsthand experience of how buyer pressurise the seller---a must read

The case is of a buyer who received his consignment of a mobile battery 4 days after the due date of receipt due to some courier problem. After 15 days from date of receipt he comes for a replacement. Knowing the earlier history I offered replacement right away. I sent him 4 emails to confirm my action but he wants me to send the replacement item before hand and only then he will send the old battery back. To which I have refused to send. Now he has gone ahead and given a negative feedback. I spoke to him on his cell about the negative feedback to which he replied that 7 day period was less and I made the period to 15 days and confirmed the same by email and also offered him a refund if he would prefer. Still he has given a negative feedback.
Now tell me what more should I do. Should I touch his feet to get the negative feedback removed .

The images below prove my point.

At this point he gave negative feedback. I spoke to him on his cell and sent a feedback revision form with extended time to 15 days but he has not responded

Firsthand experience of how buyer pressurise the seller---a must read

Here is one more buyer (id-abhiroop2005) which sellers can surely avoid. He has wants the seller to pay for return courier charges knowing very well even before purchase that buyer has to pay return courier charges. Buyers immediately threaten to give negative feedback if we do not comply to their grossly unjust wishes and demands.

There are a few more such buyer ids I will post which sellers can make a note of and avoid at all cost.

Ebay should do sometime seriously and soon about new buyers on ebay they are ones giving maximum trouble.

Wow, this is such a complete learning experience for sellers. I myself being a seller think that it is correct to cancel bids but again how are new customer's suppose to gain confidence and feedback of sellers if all sellers keep on cancelling bids?

I guess it's too complicated. I'm just gonna leave it.

Firsthand experience of how buyer pressurise the seller---a must read

Hello All,

We all sellers should unite. If buyer threatens with a -ve feedback, we should report it to eBay as well as to other sellers. Let us form a thread that mentions the IDs of such buyers.

I do not agree that the seller should be allowed to leave a negative FB because ultimately buyer drives our business. Without a buyer, we all are useless and our stocks will expire on our shop's shelves. So we should not think all the buyers are dangerous. Out of 100 buyers 5 to 6 may be bad but that is everywhere in the world. The remaining 95 are still very good because they trust us. They pay us a few hundred rupees without even knowing us or seeing the product in physical condition.

Lastly, please don't forget, there are more fraudulent sellers than buyers. Lot of fake electronic and computer items are sold on eBay and buyers are being cheated.

Being a seller, I have always found 99 good buyers out of 100 buyers. And I focus on those 99 good buyers.

Kind Regards,
Mustufa

rajelectronics maybe you should stop selling the defective batteries and then you wont get so many complaints?????
I also wouldnt want to pay return shipping for a defective item because its not my fault so I shouldnt have to go to that inconvenience. A seller once asked me to send back a product I bought which was expired. I could send a photo to prove it. So why should I have to spend my time and money sending it back to him???

@mathaindia...

The main issue here is that after buying the product buyers should not force their own terms & conditions on us only you have the power of giving negative feedback.

If I sell electronic stuff on ebay I am going to get complaints, that's ok with me and BTW most of them are frivolous complaints.
