You are bound of problems of this kind and the other as you have said in your other post if you keep on undercutting the prices of items just to get sales. How will you be able to provided after sales service to customers if you are going to cut prices like this. It is because of illiterate sellers like you the entire seller community on ebay has to suffer and in turn buyers also suffer.

Increase your price so that you can afford a good courier service so that buyers don't complain and ebay does not return your payment back to customers. Learn the business of fair selling.

But we should charge realistic shipping & Handling charges to buyers.That's why I posted this thread.X-(

Last time when your payment was refunded back to the buyer by ebay, I thought you had learnt your lesson but I was wrong.

What realistic rates are you talking about when you are undercutting rates and selling your items at throwaway prices.
