Charges applied for listings inspite of having premium store

As per the annoucement on the link below there will not be any fees for listings uploaded for premium store subscribers.

But today while going through my account i noticed that I have been charged for the listing Insertion fee.

Can someone please check if this is an error or policy is changed without notice.

Same here even we are facing the same its started since 1st February 12.00 am , mailed umpteen times eBay Customer Care, they are MUM on the issue, What are they doing Don`t understand.

We have seen getting charged for every listing as well 🙂
