Change Feedback Revision Rule !!

Hello Everyone,
As eBay India and its users grow , I feel the sellers on eBay have now become professional and are serving their buyers well .

Ideally there will be cases when the seller is not able to meet buyers requirement and for which the sellers have recd negative rating . Though ratings can be revised via community court , if the seller is able to satify the buyers concerns , I think eBay should give the buyer the oppurtunity to positive .

Currently only 5 revision are allowed in 1000 feedbacks , this should change

I feel the seller should get the oppurtunity to ask the buyer for feedback revision for every negative or neutral feedback he receives ...

Yeah, I feel EBAY INDIA should look into this and revise the feedback on their own. I have a buyer who gave me a negative feedback saying he has not received the product where it has been delivered in 2 days flat !!!!
I cannot do anything about it and EBAY says they cannot do anything either.
Best regards,
ADIT999.

I issue 2 to 3 refunds on daily basis when the buyers complain. Delivering the item is a seller's responsibility which they can't escape by putting blame on the shipping company. That is how any online business operates.

eBay can't do anything in such cases. The seller must refund the money if they wish to sell on eBay.

And what happens when a buyer who is sadistic leaves a negative feedback even after the product has been delivered. Like what happened to me ? I believe these are things eBay can take care off after tracking it online which is obvious it is delivered !!!

@real.phoenix...

I agree that delivering the goods is sellers responsibility but what about the buyers responsibility towards the sale.

The buyers buys one item but a seller sells about 300-500 items a month on ebay and to keep track individually of each consignment is not physically possible and out of that how many buyers have marked item received, how many have not received, how many have crossed the 10 day period. Many times the courier website is not updated but item has been delivered to the buyer but the buyer does not mark "item received".

Hence when we send the dispatch details we request the buyer to inform us on the 6th day if item is not received, is that too much to ask from a buyer just to inform us via ebay email but on an average only 5% buyers inform, rest give NEGATIVE for item not received, Is this fair is all I ask, even ebay gives us 5 days to sort out the item not received cases but buyers are such big lords that they give NEGATIVE feedback.
