I've been buying from eBay (and Baazee and BidorBuy before it) for a long time, but have never sold anything through eBay.
eBay's current policy permits new sellers to accept payment only via PaisaPay, and sellers must register for a PaisaPay account. But PaisaPay accounts are available only in selected cities.
Does this mean that someone who is not from any of the approved cities cannot start selling on eBay?
