CHARGEBACK .. What is PaisaPay's Responsibility then ??

Hi all sellers !:|

many of us are regularly facing chargeback related issues.

My paisapay account also hasbeen debited today regarding a buyer " fizmoh321 " stating that " the payment made by buyer fizmoh321 on PaisaPay ID 22926095502. This amount was recovered due to the following reason: No Cardholder authorization. "

We are paying charges to Paisapay (EBAY ). then who is responsible for credit card verification ?

if paisapay is not responsible for all this then what it charges for ?

I THINK, PAISAPAY PAYMENT METHOD SHOULD ALSO BE OPTIONAL FOR SELLERS. IT MEANS SELLERS SHOULD ALSO BE ALLOWED TO ADD OR REMOVE THE PAYMENT METHOD AS PAISAPAY.

Sellers ,Please let us know what you think about this ?

I have also received 3 chargebacks and i submitted POD 3 to 4 times.

But i am not getting any reply from eBay or Paisapay.

I am waiting for their reply.

hi all !
I want to ask one thing from ebay personals that why the SELLER has to bear Chargeback for credit card manipulation while the whole verification process is handled by ebay itself and then why should we pay paisapay fees & for what ??

I got chargeback on Feb 06, 2009. No courier is providing POD after 90 day's. Even ebay is not showing data older than 90 day's, so how come we get POD from courier company after 90 day's.

it is difficult to get POD after 2-3 months of dispatch.
however i got this POD dated 03/10/2008 for the above mentioned paisapay id 22926095502 and scanned copies were sent via email to ebay regarding chargeback.

but till now .... No Reply...

just waiting...:-(

As per my knowledge and experience
on ebay if paisa pay won't credit the amount within 7 working days that
only mean that you won't get the credit.
