CHARGEBACK .. What is PaisaPay's Responsibility then ??

Hi all sellers !:|

many of us are regularly facing chargeback related issues.

My paisapay account also hasbeen debited today regarding a buyer " fizmoh321 " stating that " the payment made by buyer fizmoh321 on PaisaPay ID 22926095502. This amount was recovered due to the following reason: No Cardholder authorization. "

We are paying charges to Paisapay (EBAY ). then who is responsible for credit card verification ?

if paisapay is not responsible for all this then what it charges for ?

I THINK, PAISAPAY PAYMENT METHOD SHOULD ALSO BE OPTIONAL FOR SELLERS. IT MEANS SELLERS SHOULD ALSO BE ALLOWED TO ADD OR REMOVE THE PAYMENT METHOD AS PAISAPAY.

hi all ! :8}

some buyers with good feedback, also using the ebay in their own way. for example, the seller dispatches the item and after two-three days of having received the item through courier, the buyer claims that he didn't received the item "or" the box was empty "or" there were packets of Biscuits / stones in the packet instead of the item he purchased. then we have to refund "or" send another item.

i have faced many cases in last 40 days and now am all fade up with all this.

now i think, door-to-door marketing is better than internet marketing.

can somebody suggest me what to do in such cases.

Hey Guys! I AM A BUYER HERE! Have sincerely gone through your posts. I must say that paisapay is better and convinient for BUYERS whereas PAYPAL isn't!

Solution 1: Now LETS consider a sellers situation. If you people have issues regarding CHARGEBACKS even after complaining so many times, WHY DON'T YOU PEOPLE GROW UP? Common, its your HARD EARNED MONEY, get in touch with yourselves, form a union and send physical letters containing PaisaPay IDs to eBay Inc! Contact the customer care, If not, then ultimately contact the corporate offices!


Solution 2: REQUEST THE BUYERS to pay for the item other than Credit Card payments in your listings, BUT DON'T DENY Credit Card Payments! As such you can minimize Credit Card Payments therein minimize CHARGEBACKS!

I always prefer Online Bank Transfers through PaisaPay!

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on Chargebacks through our discussion boards and highlighting your cases. I see that there are other members as well who have raised concerns over chargebacks that they have received.

So while you were discussing here I had escalated these cases to the concerned team and I'm happy to share the GOOD news!

- For the chargeback that you received on 22 February, 2009 we have credited the necessary amount to your bank account :-).

right.way - We request you to kindly send across the necessary documents supporting your case so that we can take appropriate actions.

sky.way - Chargeback agjustment for all the 3 PaisaPay IDs that you were in question have been done and your bank account has been credited with the necessary amounts.

Before I close my post, a few words..

PaisaPay is a payment gateway and when a buyer raises a chargeback the amount is reversed on his credit card and the merchants' (sellers) account gets debited. Since this is something that we do not control we cannot stop chargebacks but only address the issue when raised like we did in the above cases.

I think that the best way to avoid CB is by seeing to it that the buyer does not PREFER to pay via PP.
Offer some kind of price difference between PP and direct payment into your account.
Do you think this will work ???

आज फ़िर eBay ने मेरे एकाऊँट में PaisaPay ID 23861152462 के लिये एक chargeback debit किया !
due to the reason: Card - Absent Environment
Buyer : mdzaheer83_123
अब PaisaPay से अपना पैसा वापिस लेने के लिये फ़िर से वही कवायद शुरू करनी पड़ेगी !
> to search for POD and > scanning > email-2-paisapay > and then several reminders to paisapay to revert back the chargeback amount of the abovementioned buyer to My PaisaPay account

लेकिन कब तक ??
