Ebay has become totally Buyer Protective and We seller have no ways to defend/protect ourselves.

A buyer is protected (& these days misusing the following to his Fullest Content)
- Give Us Negative
- Give us Positive & still give us Low DSR. NOT give Good ***** Rating
- Open an Dispute at Ebay
- Open a Dispute at Paypal
- Charge Us back at Paypal/ Paisapay

Any Combination of 2-3 will help you run out of Business build over years.

And what Protection Does the Seller have?? ?:|
Can Somebody Share his/her Seller Protection Experience, if Any ?

FOR THIS REASON I HAVE STOPPED SELLING ON EBAY, I 3 YEARS OLD SELLER AND WORKED VERY HARD TO GET THIS PLACE AND FEEL REALLY SORROW TO STOP SELLING ON EBAY UNLESS EBAY STOPS PROMOTING FOOLISH THINGS THIS IS INDIA......WAKE UP..

Employee's of eBay.in caring for their own profits only.

Seller ID's of eBay employees and their Partners( Known/unknown ) are never suspended/ Blocked even if there is severe policy violation / LOW DSR / NEGATIVE FEEDBACK.

Most of the eBay.in employees working for their own benefits only.

nowadays, due to eBay.in policies it will be better to tie up with ebay employees. Then the Seller Will be totally protected. And eBay employees are also working HARD for their OWN benefits.

I AGREE WITH ALL SELLERS.

eBay India IS BECOMING DIFFICULT PLACE FOR ANY SELLER TO SALE.

EVEN NOW A DAYS CLAIM ADJUSTER'S ARE TALKING IN FAVOUR OF BUYER. IN ONE CASE I SENT AN ITEM TO BUYER, HE RECEIVED IN GOOD CONDITION AND NOW CLAIMING THAT PACKET WAS EMPTY. WHEN CASE GOES TO EBAY TEAM,CLAIM ADJUSTER CALLED ME & SAYING THAT I HAD SENT AN EMPTY PACK.......SOWHAT TO SAY????
