Buyer lost item not received case & provided unfair -ve feedback

Hi Friends,
I sold an eyeglass Item No.180408107537 to a USA buyer almightycbiggs (Charlie Hyatt) on 15 sep which i shipped on 17 sep through DTDC courier Indore to ship to buyers home in brandywine USA.It was received by him on 22 sep.You guys can also check,log on to www.dtdc.in with AWB no.N92585620.

After that he started blackmailing me for 1 more eyeglass for free or provide a -ve feedback.I declined to send another eyeglass for free,i said if you want 1 more you have to pay for it.He leaved a negative feedback for me given below
Scam artist, never recieved glasses, be careful with out of country sellers!
After that he opened a item not received case & i,ll provided POD & got my payment released on 26 sep.

But the feedback left by him is absloutely unfair ,i asked ebay to remove the feedback they said they cant.After that i filed a case in community court against the negative feedback.i have given the dtdc tracking link in the community court & also the pictures of my paypal account showing that the payment got released from paypal on 26 sep.
I hope that the feedback will be removed by jury & it has gone to jury by today.

First my sympathies are with you that you had such a buyer.

Second, a word of advice, if you want people to take you and your cause seriously then with immediate effect stop using SMS language when you write on professional forums and while presenting your case in CC.

Stop using words like "4" in place of "for" and "wid" in place of "with". You are on a professional platform now and you are not texting your friends. Pay attention to you English also, the word is "left or gave" and not "leaved"

My two bit worth of advice which you can safely ignore.

firstly i appreciate your sympathies,i dont know why buyer do this with me?

secondly thanks for your suggestions i,ll make sure wont do such texting mistakes in future,what happens with me is that i used to orkuting from 2 years 24 x 7 & most of the times we use such kind of texting.I know its a professional platform & Now I,ll make sure i will type any message in a professional way whether its CC or forum or reply to any question of any buyer.Thanks once again i never realized this thing i am very very thankful to you for this.

As you have put your case in CC, I am sure it will be settled in your favour. The buyer has no case at all and the negative will be removed, I will surely vote for that.

thank you for your assurance,i also hope that this feedback should be removed its unfair.When a seller has only 15 feedback out of which 1 is negative its very difficult for him to sell products especially international.

thanks to all jury members & rajelectroniks,few minutes ago i received an email from community court admin saying 51% of jury voted on my favour & the feedback will be removed from my profile shortly.
thanks once again
community court is an excellent gift to all honest sellers.
