MANY BUYERS ARE JUST CONFIRMING THAT ITEM IS RECEIVED BUT THEY ARE NOT LEAVING FEEDBACK FOR US.
WHAT TO DO?😞

I HAD AROUND 6 BUYERS LIKE THIS.

I have about 400 Such Buyers!!! I have tried a lot of things, which include sending mailers, messages and many others. Why dont eBay comes out with some TV add where the community values such as feedbacks are promoted? It would be no doubt better than the "Super Hot deals" .

This will be also a CSR "Khud Se"!

I have a buyer who received the item then claims that he ordered the item by mistake, I am willing to exchange the item for him but he is not willing to leave me a feedback, what can be done in this case. Why is Ebay taking the Tracking Number and all details from us and not using it. There has to be a solution.

Hi,
If indian buyers dont give feedback,then you are lucky.They only spoil your DSR.
This month some mother india's children purchased some very low value stamps and spoiled my perfect five DSR score.Tell you frankly,I may have to block indian buyers totally.
Ebay India should give tutorial to these hidden enemies of sellers.

Most of the sellers don't communicate with the buyers. They simply ship the item and leave a FB for the buyers. Good communication with the buyer will prompt them to leave a positive feedback. Sometimes, when the item is damaged in transit (shipping), the buyer would also refrain from leaving a negative feedback if the seller has communicated and kept them informed about their purchase. Lot of problems can be avoided with communication.

Feedback is not important. Only business matters.

Dear All

I think it becomes very difficult to contact buyer. Because everything depends on there MOODS. If we call them at wrong time they will surely shout on us. I think everyone has to do work with responsibility i.e buyer also and seller also. So that this issue will not arises. But I think that is not possible. So continue as it is.....ha ha ha

Yes this is a very big issue with ebay... in there feedback system for sellers.

i think there must be a option like once the receipt is confirmed for the item there must be some time line to leave the feedback and if the buyer don't do that this means he is satisfied with the item he has received.and the seller will automatically receive a positive feedback .Randomly setup d by ebay .

They are here for the product. Why would they bother about anything else? My feedback left is always more than feedback received.
