Are eBook Allowed now ?

I see that there are lots of eBooks available on eBay nowadays.

Can we sell eBooks on eBay now for which we have either copyright or resell rights ??

I also have my own ebook written by myself. Can I sell that too ?

There are ways to list your ebooks.

if you dont follow that your ebooks are removed.

I have some ebook with Resale Right. So I can sell it in eBay India. eBay also require that the ebook should be in public domain.
What is the meaning og Public Domain? How to do that?
Can any body answer it?

I think there will be no objection if i send the e book in the form of CD and delivered by courier.
