Another Unfavourable Ebay Policy

eBay does not permit listings that promote giveaways, random drawings, raffles, or prizes, because these promotions are highly regulated and may be unlawful in many states.eBay itself may run such promotions on the site, and may grant authorization to its partners or third party companies to run promotions that comply with applicable laws.

The report has also mentioned the site name of which I am selling the keys/tickets.Hence it is valid all over India.
I too honour the policy of ebay in restraining
any listing with random drawings as prize money.
But, the site www.key2crorerpati.com has NO RANDOM DRAWING OR PRIZE money.

Kindly visit the website www.key2crorepati.com. If you
have look at the game pattern, you will find that the prizes are given based on a persons ability to answer questions, which involves his intellect and IQ & not random drawing.

Hence, there is no violation of any policy of ebay in my listings than also my items was removed.

To my surprised some item was also removed which was ended myself successfully 3 hours ago(I have mail received from ebay mentioning item ENDED).No need to say all my payment are on hold by paisapay.I got a big financial loss.

This is not the first time ebay has removed my item,but this is the first time that the item which was ended successfully is removed after 3 hrs.HOW SO??

Responsible representative of ebay please reply.

This is not a common discussion or chatting going on, like you used to be at other postings in the name of help.Note:-I AM NOT GOING TO GIVE ANY COMMUNITY AWARD HERE.No one is fish here,all are active members of ebay,who has enough rights to post there comments.If you still smell a fish it should be your nose problem & you need a good check up.
I am not expecting any help or comment from you as you are not concern with this issue.Still if you want to post anything next time pls get your real.id.in to let others know about your history.If you cant do so,kindly excuse & dont post anything & spoil this discussion.

Please do not delist the net KBC from your site. it is really a good product which increases ones IQ. It is not a gambling like LOTTO.

I think Rakesh is folling all legal policies and is not doing anything wrong. He is giving a chance to many of us to get good stuff at lesser rates. Please allow him to exhibit his product as he is following all rules and regulations and helping many people like me

Note that the listing net-kbc is just like a quiz contest where you win based on your knowledge... this is in no way a gambling or any other such illegal site. Ebay should investigate thoroughly before taking any action.

There is not need to get personal. I have neither commented about you or your listing.

I was just wondering how come so many people have replied to this posting. There is simply too much activity here. The only answer seems to me that you are either emailing or calling up your buyers to put in favourable posts on your behalf.

Smelling fishy or not, I assure your if you go personal against other users on the board you will not come out smelling like roses.
