eBay does not permit listings that promote giveaways, random drawings, raffles, or prizes, because these promotions are highly regulated and may be unlawful in many states.eBay itself may run such promotions on the site, and may grant authorization to its partners or third party companies to run promotions that comply with applicable laws.

The report has also mentioned the site name of which I am selling the keys/tickets.Hence it is valid all over India.
I too honour the policy of ebay in restraining
any listing with random drawings as prize money.
But, the site www.key2crorerpati.com has NO RANDOM DRAWING OR PRIZE money.

Kindly visit the website www.key2crorepati.com. If you
have look at the game pattern, you will find that the prizes are given based on a persons ability to answer questions, which involves his intellect and IQ & not random drawing.

Hence, there is no violation of any policy of ebay in my listings than also my items was removed.

To my surprised some item was also removed which was ended myself successfully 3 hours ago(I have mail received from ebay mentioning item ENDED).No need to say all my payment are on hold by paisapay.I got a big financial loss.

This is not the first time ebay has removed my item,but this is the first time that the item which was ended successfully is removed after 3 hrs.HOW SO??

Responsible representative of ebay please reply.

You might have commented about the listing,it may be OK,but you have shown your doubt for the members who have posted there genuine comments.
I can understand your problem(why my shirt is whiter than you,but believe me its natural white & I haven't use any detergent yet).
I have not forced anyone to put there comments here in my favour,they are just buyers & asked me why they couldn't find my NET-KBC listings on ebay.I have to tell them the reason & they found it unfair.They wanted to show there views about it & I show the direction of community board.that's it.If you still found it unfair,I don't have solution.
Again I inform, that I am not here to smell fish or rose.Its only a kind & genuine effort to let ebay know about the unjustice done to me under the name of policy.
Hope this will answer your doubt & I appreciate if you don't continue it with your comments as I don't want to answer it again spoiling the aim of the discussion with unnecessary posts.

I understand your points. However you have no right to tell anyone whether they should participate in the discussion or not.

This is not your personal board where you tell your fav. guys to give you a thumbs up. This is a public forum hosted by eBay and any user has equal right to participate as long as he continues to be civil and does not abuse the boards or violate any of it policies.

For your information I am not a competing seller or have anything to do with your business. But have been on this boards long enough. If I see any unusal activity it surprises me and I would like to have answers to that.

Regarding your listing or eBay policies I do not have any intention to discuss it with you. I have my opinions about the same but would not care putting it up here seeing your very negative attitute towards people who do not support your campaign.

To my surprise not a single ebay representative care to come forward to help me or answer my comments.AMAZING!!!.
Further ebay allowing other sellers to list the same item(item no.5828289948,5827795843,5828288360,5828288761,5828288962,5827014181) on there site which they dont allowed me,even though the item is under VERO program of ebay & I am the only authorised seller of this item to sell on ebay.
I have reported this to ebay many times but no effective action was taken.
I am sure the item will be removed soon & soon the seller will list more of this item fooling ebay ppl.
The fact is ebay supporting fraud sellers more who really violate there policy in real sense but they cant support the genuine sellers who do want to support ebay.
Ebay should have to think practical in some cases. instead sticking on policies as policies are made in the beneficary of both ebay & its members.I am seeing onesided policy here with only intention to ignore my attitude about this porduct.
I request ebay ppl to communicate with me here on community board so other sellers may know about your effective service.
NOTE:-Ebay Agents/Brokers will not be entertained.
