eBay does not permit listings that promote giveaways, random drawings, raffles, or prizes, because these promotions are highly regulated and may be unlawful in many states.eBay itself may run such promotions on the site, and may grant authorization to its partners or third party companies to run promotions that comply with applicable laws.

The report has also mentioned the site name of which I am selling the keys/tickets.Hence it is valid all over India.
I too honour the policy of ebay in restraining
any listing with random drawings as prize money.
But, the site www.key2crorerpati.com has NO RANDOM DRAWING OR PRIZE money.

Kindly visit the website www.key2crorepati.com. If you
have look at the game pattern, you will find that the prizes are given based on a persons ability to answer questions, which involves his intellect and IQ & not random drawing.

Hence, there is no violation of any policy of ebay in my listings than also my items was removed.

To my surprised some item was also removed which was ended myself successfully 3 hours ago(I have mail received from ebay mentioning item ENDED).No need to say all my payment are on hold by paisapay.I got a big financial loss.

This is not the first time ebay has removed my item,but this is the first time that the item which was ended successfully is removed after 3 hrs.HOW SO??

Responsible representative of ebay please reply.

Please help the seller hez selling the item legally. It's very much valid. hez authorized by the key2crorepati company to sell their keys online. THIS SHOULD NOT BE DONE EBAY TEAM IT'S NOT FAIR PAISAPAY PAYMENT SHOULD BE RELEASED FOR HIS RECENT TRANSACTIONS.

I totally agree.When you are authorised to sell the keys online byteh company/your principals then why should ebay stop you from doing so as you have teh necessary approvals and are well within your rights to do so.I suppport you on this and hope that this not yet another saga of unnecessary controls in teh Indian market.

I am not aware of the applicable laws but ebay should not allow listing of items illegal, however, once listing is allowed, its not fair to hold back payments or to cancel the listing. I personally found it as a game or contest and not gambling activity.

Given the fact that the item was a succesful one, ebay should've been considerate towards you. I completely disagree with ebay's policy. I would like to see the item listed soon on the site.

NET-KBC is in no way a lottery or random drawing kind of stuff. If this had been a gambling stuff, I would surely have supported eBay. It is however unfortunate that eBay should take offence on a completely harmless product. Even more unprofessional is holding back the payments due to Rakesh. I would certainly like to see this product back on eBay.

I repeat, this is _NOT_ any random drawing or prize money giving site. I suggest eBay to appoint people to look into that particular item and have it clarified for themselves.
