I have purchsed laptp from eBay on 27 May 13. Just 5 mins later i have realized to cancel order so i have discussed with seller. I had to pay 9% of total cost to convince the seller for laptop retrun.
Since date of purchase i have reached to eBay customer care around 15 times, every time i get answer 'you will get a call with in 24 - 48 Hrs' which i never get.
As of now i have tried all of the possible ways to cummincte with eBay but ll in vain, i do feel cheted and hrreshed.
This is not expected from a leading organization like yours and now I am starting to think that the only option left for me is to take a legal action for being harassed & compenstion for loss of my productive time.After all there is 1 question why eBay dosn't full the promessies however all other online shopping sites re doing Great??? When i will get my money back??
