my order not placed but amount is paid from my account.

I tried to make transactions on www.ebay.in by paytm account and my money rs 2815.12 was deducted from my paytm account but order was not placed successfully in ebay.in.
this transactions is showing in paytm account
but ebay showed transaction failed.

below are bill order id and payment id shown in paytm account:

Date: 11-10-2015 Time: 06:17 pm
Paid Amount : 2815.12

kindly place my order or refund my money
