My Ebay-id is manivannan_rs,
I have paid Rs. 627.75 from my HDFC Netbanking through BillDesk on 1st June 2016 to purchase "VR-BOX - Imported Virtual Reality 3D Glasses Google Cardboard For Smart Phones" Cart ID (15145133354). The amount has been debited and the transaction was confirmed by both HDFC & BillDesk.

But no order had been placed on eBay portal and the payment was shown unsuccessful. I have sent multiple mails regarding this and no one is concerned about this issue.
Kindly take a look and resolve the issue at the earliest.
Ebay.in is not at all responsive to the customers . Poor customer support.
