No refund information & terrible customer care

Hi,

 

I placed two orders yesterday (1-June-2016 at 4:44 pm). The money was deducted, but order was not placed due to ebay system issues.

I am highly disgruntled with ebay customer care on which I called up at least 7 times and was entertained by the music as no one answered !!! 

 

After hell lot of struggle, I emailed/called up/chat with ebay support but all of them repeated the same thing that in 24 hrs refund will be initiated. I expect some Claim ID/Complaint ID or at least an email saying refund in progress !!! But, none of them was provided.

 

I have to rethink about purchasing anything with ebay going onwards due to its terrible customer service!!
