Dear Ebay,

I have some payment problem from PaisaPay. On 12th July, I got suspended from ebay by mistake and got reactivated, But all my listings got deleated in this process.

Also on 12th July, my payment cycle ended and the amount was Rs.689.86/-, But I got an PaisaPay Payment Cheque Notification of Rs.346.86/-.

Pasa_in3 has paid Rs.343/- (PaisaPay ID 80824448) and its now showing Item Deleted - Payment on hold (7168325269). But I have already dispatched the product on 11th July and have the proof.

What shall I do now, I tried to send this message at Contact Us, But couldn't do that since item id is not there now.

Please kindly do the needfull.

However, since your item id is deleted, you may still detail out your problem to PaisaPay on:

Help page - Click on Contact Us (http://pages.ebay.in/help/contact_us/_base/index.html)
1st box - Click on Ask about Selling
2nd box - Click on PaisaPay transactions
3rd box - Click on others (scroll down as it is located at the bottom)

Once the PaisaPay team receives your request, they will be able to take appropriate action.

I made payment through paisapay online transfer thru HDFC account of my husband account for 2 items but till date i haven't received the product. Thru sgmworld, the seller says he's not received the payment from paisa pay, i dont understand whats the matter. Item code :4391677288,5984429351 PaisaPay ID 80574068 paid Rs.265/- dutched and paid for both the items.
I paid on 8th July even have confirmation from the bank on ebay page it shows as payment was sent on 13th july but seller says he's not received the payment.

Whats going on if this problem is not solved I'll contact legal department and even let press know what kind of fraud paisa pay is doing thru ebay.

I made payment through paisapay online transfer thru UTI Bank account for 1 items but till date i haven't received the product. The Item : The BLUETOOTH USB 80m FOR SONYERICSON K600i+2 GIFT OF Rs200 (6422960056)of Rs.599/- dutched and paid for the items.

I paid on 11th Aug even have confirmation from the bank on ebay page it shows as payment and PaisaPay ID is 98145497.

Pls send the details of courier name and docket number also.
