Is PP FORM is needed when seller recieve international payment BY PAISAPAY

Dear Ebay Team,
Please let us know about the PP form needed for exports when we(Seller)Receive the money through Paisapay?If its not needed tell me the exact reason why???
And if its needed how to go with the Procedure.
