PaisaPay remittance suspended, money stuck :(

There has been misunderstanding with the recent activities in my account and according to eBay I have violated eBay policies and so they have suspended my account.
I had listed a product which I wanted to be sold. Then coincidentally a cousin of mine contacted me through ebay and we agreed on the deal.

At the time of my eBay registration(6 yrs ago) I and my cousin were together(In Bengal) so we had two accounts with the same address. Now I have moved to Bangalore and I didn't change the address and sold the item to my cousin. So same address has violated policies.

My money Rs.60k is stuck with eBay. They say it would be refunded to the buyers and that I would receive a mail stating this. But I haven't received any confirmation regarding the same.
I need the money very urgently, please tell me approx. when should I receive a mail stating that the amount has been refunded to the buyer?

unfortunately you will get the money for sure.

but now on you can not open an account even for buying purposes.

there was no limit of time if ebay mercy upon u  it may takes more than 90 days
