PAISA PAY STARTED CHEATING THE SELLERS BE CAREFULL

Guye you know wht... paisa pay has started cheating now. i will explain you how.

You get the confirmation from the paisa pay regarding the payment. & on paisa pay's trust you the send the product to customer. after that they will delete your listings by giving all the shits in this world. & they will put the payment on hold. after that offcourse you will write to paisa pay for the same... but dear no use... they don't bother to reply back, coz they very much busy in try to make some money from other sellers also... so at the end they have taken the money from the seller. & not paying to you... so where is the money???????? guys be carefull from next time before listing anything...
trust me .. i have lost more than 5 buyers trust from me due to this....

and they are telling me to send a demand draft to the seller. what's the guarantee that after receiving the demand draft he'll despatch the product??? plz help guys...!!!

It seems so many people are having issues with Paisa Pay. I found this thread while searching for information about payment processors to be used with my sellers account

Today I tried to create a sellers account with ebay. During the account creation process, I was asked to register with paisapay for my payments. I do not want to use them as I want to use PayPal. I am using Paypal for all my online ventures so using them for ebay activities was a logical step. But there was no option to use anything other than paisa pay. Either you use them, or you quit. I quit. I then contacting ebay customer support. They advised me to contact paisa pay directly as Paypal is not available to Indian Customers. Then I searched for paisa pay information and landed here.

After seeing this thread where so many people had issues with paisapay, I do not want to use them.

Will contact paisapay customer care and see how it works out.

On the 27th of October 2009, I made a payment to seller 'jainlalit' an amount of Rs.34,950/-. I made this payment using the Paisapay Option of Online bank Transfer. The Amount has been shown as Debited from my HDFC Bank Statement. But till today the 1st of November, they are still showing the Status of "Payment is being processed".
I made a number of calls to them to either finish up the payment process or have the money refunded. Having read all the posts out here, I think paisepay will go all out to delay the refunding process.
What I want to know is, can I take up legal action for this fraud on the part of ebay (paisepay). I will not let them off so that in future they will again not resort to cheating SELLERS or BUYERS.

I used to buy things on ebay.co.uk when i was in england. things were smooth there with paypal. i was both buyer and seller there. ebay is a big success there and a big flop here in india . there are a few reasons for that:
1. lots and lots of variety because of a large participation of common people. people know about it and believe it.and i swear you open it you will get thousands of things on ebay.co.uk or ebay.com because people are selling (i.e. common people with their new and used things) and there are mouth watering deals are available on sale.that trust comes from day to day affiars. you buy it today you will get it within two days. you sell it today you will get your money within a week.
2. bank account opening is very difficult there so paypal believes your account authenticity with a few easy checks themselves. In India anyone with a few bucks can make prime minister's driving licence also. it is very difficult there.
3. here in india mostly people related to that business sell something. common people are not there because if my father bought that TV 20 years back he still wants that only with a small repair instead of spending money on a new LCD so old things don't go out of the house very easily here.
4. until and unless trust won't come and we will be scared of thugs and deceptions , things won't improve on ebay.in and paisapay both. and that trust can be brought by ebay.in only by showing that we as sellers and buyers both are safe. thanks!
ok anyone interested then i will put that 20 years TV on sale when i will believe that my money will be there in my account with a week and only ebay.in can bring that trust with their actions until then ebay.in bye bye.

Reading all these i think the best way to buy will be direct contact with the seller/buyer as the case may be. COD seems to be a good option.

I'm really new to Paisa Pay, but it's an interetting concept. The only problem is I JUST CAN'T SEEM TO REGISTER with the service. The branch of my bank is not listed!! My bank is HDFC and all the branches are not listed - just 5. FIVE branches in a huge city like New Delhi!!

Hi postercollector, You have selected City as Delhi whereby only 5 branches are listed. You may select City as New Delhi and you will find your HDFC branch.

Used PaisaPay once from US for Item purchased in India, never again. Seller never shipped, but claimed delay in post office. PaisaPay said you have only 5 days to file a claim, or its gone. So if seller can stall for 5 days, buyer is out of luck. By the way, I emailed PaisaPay about this situation, but never received a response. No customer service response at all. Zip.
