paypal to paisapay--dollars to rupees

hi all,
i am having a paypal account . in the account i am having my balance as $90. Now is it possible for me to buy an item from ebay India in rupees as my account is in U.S. currency??...btw i am a resident of India...
Plzz help

Yes thats right. But the the same case is with Paisa Pay.

Paisa Pay charges its sellers 2 - 3.5% and we beleive the same is enough for Pay Pal aswell.

So the charges for both PaisaPay and PayPal are considered to be same by us.

I have the same query. My is ans online store I want to get Indian payment gateway, but transaction is in Rs. then converted to USD and again in INR. it charges me double.
