here, i want to mention as i haven't feedback i got question from buyer , that he wants to buy a one of my item in bulk . but i don't know how can i receive money in bulk in "paisa pay" . i don't have export license can it be possible to sell without it as a gift to buyer and send a invoice online . buyer is living in Netherland . And witch shipping courier is best to send item to Netherland . hope ebay member will also help me .

Hi,
If you want to stick to the law then its better to take an IEC (export license) as it does not involve much expenses.
You can transact thru PaisaPay for the time being.
Can try the EMS Speedpost - its not the fastest but cost effective. If the buyer is ready to wait a bit more then you can also opt for Registered Post with AD - the savings in courier expenses with be more than 75%. Best Regards 😄

first i m thankful to all here who help me .
my Question is , ok as answers give i will get IEC licence , but before , i havent knowledge how to apply for IEC ? another thig as i m 23 , should i study for diploma course or just get a konwledge from dealer. who export items. i would like to make fulltime business with ebay in future. so i should study for that i mean for export to get good knowledge ? my anothe ebay id is "vims_art"
