How to remove unpaid item strike?

Hi, a buyer bought my item and he didn't respond for 10 days, so i opened " unpaid Item dispute" and the buyer didn't respond for that too, and after 7 days i got the final value credit and the buyer got unpaid item strike. Then, after one week, the buyer paid for the item and i sent the product. Now, the buyer is asking me to remove the unpaid item strike. Is it possible to remove the strike, if so pls tell me how?

Hello sreelakshmitraders,

Yes, you can remove the UPI strike against the Buyer.

Click on Dispute Console

Locate the Buyer's ID.

Click View dispute

Click remove the Unpaid Item strike

Hi,

As Umang told, Go to Dispute Console -> View Dispute -> Remove Unpaid Item Strike -> Received Payment

Unfortunately I think the buyer feedback might be withdrawn by the eBay team for not responding the dispute before close as It happened to me a few days back. ---------------
