Hello,

If the buyer is not suspended the you can always leave a feedback.

You must be having the Item number in your "My ebay".

Click "Community" on Top of the page.
Click "FEEDBACK FORUM".
Click "Leave Feedback"
Enter a User ID or Item Number.
Click FIND FEEDBACK

You will be able to leave feedback.

hello,

It seems that the item was against the ebay's policies and has been removed.

I am not aware whether the Seller is Active or suspended.

Now the best is not to worry about the feedback but aim to get replacement or your money back.

First of all you can get the Contact infornation (phone number) of the Seller by clicking " Advance Search " on top of every page .......then by clicking "Find Contact information" on the left of the Page under "Members".

You may try to resolve the matter with the Seller if he is active.

Otherwise, just don't waste time and file an SNAD dispute and escalate it for a CLAIM.

You may go through the details by clicking the following link....

http://pages.ebay.in/help/tp/inr-snad-process.html

Time factor is important.... if you loose on time.... you loose your money.
