however one fine day they just disappear
how do i get them back into the turbo listing

Hi Sifa on line

There are ways to backup your TL database.
1. Thru Backup of TL Program itself.
2. Export all your listings to a CSV file. From where you can easily import your listings later time.

But remember to update your TL program periodically. It will helps you to keep your listings up-to-date as per changes of Categories and other features.
