I am looking for a freelance webmaster to make ongoing changes to my web site and possibly build one or two new ones. I expect to be charged by the hour and may have 10 hours one week and nothing the next. I will pay by check in Rs from New Delhi. Please advise your qualifications and quote your hourly rate. In order to find a webmaster, you may post a want it now on eBay.in.

Another option could be to post your requirement on www.kijiji.in. I got good response when i posted my requirement!
