
DHL ecommerce charged wrong weight of my shipment. what to do ?

I have sent one shipment with DHL ecommerce where DHL has charge me wrong weight as per their scale charge slab.
so when i wrote them they says it will be perfect from our end. and i am not usually considering taking every picture of image for packag e on weight scale.
how to prove to them that i have perfect weight and they considered wrong for same.
awaiting answer here from DHL Team or any if facing same problem.
