Dear members,
I purchased a mobile phone sony ericsson xperia x1 3 months ago and now its speaker is not working,i took it to the sony service center and they refused to repair it.
They r saying that this phone's IMEI is not for india and it is registered for UAE.
But the seller didn't mentioned it anywhere about it in his listing and now i m really getting a lot of problem due to this.

I contacted the seller about it and he asked me to get my cell repaired and he will pay for that,but this won't help me out because in future no one knows what is going to happen so if some how again there is any problem with my cell phone then how will i avail the warranty...
