Replacement Warranty - Issue

I bought a phone almost a month back. It worked for a week, then it started giving problems. I had contacted the seller, he suggested me to do some things but that didn't helped either. As per the ad on ebay, this handset carries 1 year onsite replacement warranty.

I have sent the mail to the seller twice since yesterday for resolving the issue as this is still under warranty but I have not yet got the response from him.

I will really appreciate, if anyone can guide me in this issue.

Hello Rahul.

Even i am seller and buyer at a same time one should buy any kind of mobile under manufacturer warranty only just because of u are getting on site replacement warranty cheap u buy it from them but you should pay more in-spite of this to get manufacturer warranty only.In ebay there are lots of good seller u can get it..Which mobile u have bought can u tell me may be i can help you out.......Regards,

Hi Meetal,

I have bought M002L a chinese phone. One year onsite replacement warranty was mentioned in the seller's ad. Its been 3 days now, I have sent 3 mails to the seller but no response from their side.

I will really appreciate, if you could guide me how to proceed.
