Seller Not Responding

I have bought a phone which stopped working properly in 2 weeks. I called my seller, he gave some instructions but that didn't worked. The phone is under 1 year onsite replacement warranty.

Now, since last 3 days I a sending constant mails and sms to him but he is not responding.

Can somebody tell me what should I do ?
