i have been regularly listing on ebay, on completing my listing ebay shows a certain amount, this amount automatically gets doubled when i receive my monthy invoice. i have got this to ebay notice but nothing has been done, if ebay checks out my last listing they will know what i mean, besides i had two non-paying bidders in the past for which i was given final value credit only for one item
i got all this to ebay notice but to no avail, their billing has a lot of hidden charges,
there are many other sites, like adpost.com, olx, etc with i never had any problems
