I purchased a item considering ebay is a good organised portal. but neither i got the item nor refunded amount. When i talked to customer care they said they are not responsibe. i purchased from ebay.in only however now come cm to know that is passesd to ebay.com and so ebay.in is not responsible. When discussed they asking me to call payment vendor for the refund and said ebay is not responsible.
Should i keep running there partners for the refund/complain for any issues/concern or as i bought from ebay they should take the responsibility to take action.
So i purchase some item from any shop and want a refund/exchange i should not go to shop but go to the factory.
