worst ever refund system & fake commitments from eBay,

I made a complaint on 02/06/2014, and was promised a coupon within 7-10 days of complaint. Have not received anything or any revert from ebay. Did not expect this from ebay.

Hi,

I purchased 

Hot Pink Stylish Logo Designer Hard Back Case For Micromax Canvas 2.2 A114 from the seller name *** .

The product is not as descri bed. Case cover not fit to my mobile. I enquired lot to ebay guarantee...they didnt resolved it.

I reached directly seller. They told that will send voucher for refund. So far i didnt receive any from their end.

I advice personally all not to purchase from ebay as refund system is very worse.
