worrest service in online shopping. actually i bought a Set of 2 Original Electronic Insect & Mosquito Killer CUM Night Lamp Electric 5W (251206251178). i received damaged goods at 23rd jan 2013. i contact to ebay customer but no response. contact to seller , he told replace the item, so please remove the feedback. i removed the feedback. but still i am not received the item.

Its buyers responsibility to check package properly while accepting it. Buyer have to mention damage on POD copy but on that you mentioned received in good condition. Due to which seller will not able to claim to courier company. Also instead of communication you leave negative feedback to seller. Why??

@rhtdm.6624 : SO you mean to say seller will send damage item without checking properly but buyer have to check it and also they should not give negative feedback.Is Any of the courier company will take back the package after opening it. you tell me?

I am not telling you to return opened package to courier guy. Only thing is that receiver have to mention "received in damaged condition" if found damage. So that seller can claim to courier company.

i think damaged goods mean more here. if the package itself appears to be damaged, then accepting that is problem with buyer. if the iotem inside is defective, you cant see that in outer cover. hence its problem with seller
