I had to contact customer service today because of a refund issue with ebay. My issue was simple, ebay mailed me stating that they have issue refund for my missing transaction but unfortunately i have not yet received the refund. so, i called to request for a mail from ebay giving the details of refund transaction. so, that i can speak to my bank about it. I happen to speak to a rep name Toufique sheikh from customer care dept. and trust me this is the worst experience i ever had in my life. rather than understanding my requirement he was rude to me and when i asked for a maneger he bluntly said that he cant transfer because i was not listing to him and to add the disaster he has the audacity to mockingly smile at me because i was getting frustrated. this is the 1st and the last time me or my comapny is doing business with ebay and i will make sure to demote ebay in all possible forum. All thanks to the so called customer care support.
