withdrawing negative feedback

I had submitted negative feedback for delay in delivery (ref.PaisaPay ID 30515528388)from shoypourworld.com. seller, e-mailed promising immediate delivery with a free accessory as compensation. i withdrew negative feedback. item was delivered late without any free accessory. seller's bill shows no date, no Indian VAT (sales tax registration) no.; no proof that custom duty was paid, no signature. seller ignores e-mails raising these issues.

Dear Mainapure,
As a New Buyer I presume That ebay Allows one week time for seller to send their products to reach buyer,s.In your case you have not mentioned the Time taken for delivery.If you have given a Negative Feedback you should have stick to the same but you have been tempted for an accesory and you have removed the -ve Feedback.I think now you can't do anything as you have withdrew the negative feedback.
