The refund for the mentioned claim approved twice first on 16/1/2012 and again on 13/2/2012 hasn't been credited by Ebay till date.I purchased through EMI option and my bank is charging interest and non payment charges.Repeatedly tried every point of contact through claim adjuster,customer support but all in vain,no action being taken till date.
Mr.Muralikrishnan B if you are going through the post kindly look through the matter and process the claim urgently.
