i have been searching your contact us email id... but i could not get it from your site...

This mail is regarding Claim ID#71786 which has been closed on 08/01/2012 with remark "Refund Processed basis seller request - Claim closed". Unfortunately amount
didn't credited to my a/c so far which in turn forced me to keep on chasing ebay for the same from last 2 weeks. I don't know at what basis ebay can confirm that
amount has been credited to my a/c ,attaching the statement of the period for confirmation which cleary says what ever updated in CSR is not genuine.

Its strange and painful for customer that renowned "eBay Guarantee" is not safe now, Hence ,I strongly request eBay management to re-open the claim id#71786 and
look into the issue ,crosscheck the transaction details on what basis CSR has been closed (without customer confirmation) to resume our faith and transaction on eBay.

i have sold a product from ebay but the buyer contacted me immediately after my shipping and told me not to ship ,i told him that i have shipped the product but he told me that he will file a complaint that the seller have not shipped the product as described so ebay will refund the money to him . he did the same ,but i have shipped the item as described but now he brought a new mobile so he rised such a complaint ,my shipping money wast ,my advertising money in ebay is also wast pleas help me

A buyer can ask for a refund, and he don't have to lie in order to get the refund.

such a negligent approach from ebay. I have not got the reply of my previous mail.
I Paid with PaisaPay for eBay order (PaisaPay ID 31933530758) I made a PaisaPay payment for the total amount of Rs. 6,164.00 using State Bank of India debit card and eBay gift voucher KPUBYIJYTZ (Rs. 0.01). I was supposed to get 15% off coupon by 24th august 2012, which I did not get so far. moreover I talked to your customer support, they assured that I will get that coupon before 31 st August 2012, that also I did not get.please resolve the issue
