offered an gift for Bigdaddy offer.it is 16gb memory card.still now i
didn't recieve the product from ebay,while i am calling ebay every
time they are telling there is a problem with Promotional team.just
confirm me whether you are sending the gift or not.i never expect ebay
will work.anyway i future i either i will not suggest and buy any
product through ebay,it was good lesson for me.

i purchased this phone for 14550 , the phone is for 14350 and 200 is
shipping charges.
when i recived thid phone there was a label on the phone and it stated that
the phone's MRP is 12700 .
i am now intending to get rs1650 back as the MRP printed on the phone is
12700 and he sold me this phone in 14350 ..

I purchased a High Quality 7 inches tablet cover through ebay on 25th October 2012 ,according to your commitment my item was to be delivered before 30th October but till date I have not received my item as today is 3rd November .I am very surprised from this kind of service from your side as ebay is a very reputed company and I was never expecting such kind of service.So I don't want this item anymore and want you to refund my money within one or two days.If I wont get my money with in two days then I will take legal action against you.I will advice all my relatives and friends to never purchase any product from ebay in future.

I had bought a FIFA 10 on the 30th of October and was supposed to receive it by 11th of November. I didn't get it till today ( 15th November ). From 12th November I have called the call center 7 times as I was not able to raise a claim under EBAY guarantee every time they said call there is some problem... I used to think ebay was a good site but... Anyway I want my money back as soon as possible.

I ordered a DELL INSPIRON N4050 I5 2nd Gen on 19/11/12 my paisapay id-32492690406.On 21/11/12 I had received a mail from ebay stating seller shipped the item through blue dart courier via pod no-43963349743.But when I checked with the blue dart courier they told it’s a incorrect pod no. I had sent a mail to seller on 22/11/12 regarding the same. But there is no response from seller side so I contacted the seller in her mobile no .She told will check and get back ,again there is no reply from her side .Then I called her to know the status she told that product has been dispatched its in courier company for insurance purpose I will deliver before 26/11/12.But till 27/11/12 I had not received the product and there is no communication from seller side. Once again I called seller one of her staff told it has not been shipped because courier has been lost. I told to send a mail confirmation but they had not sent any mail. On the same day seller called me and told the same reason also told that particular product has been stopped by the company so there won’t be any warranty and told she will send a mail to ebay to refund the money back. She asked me not to give a negative feedback. But I had told it’s not possible to give positive feedback I will try to avoid a negative feedback.
The seller called me today and asked me why did you gave a neutral feedback. I told that you have not provided me any proper service and for courtesy purpose only I have given a neutral feed instead of negative feedback. But she argue with me and wants me to give a good feedback or not to give any feedback to maintain her rating in eBay. I told giving feedback is my wish. She was rude in her behaviour and told that she can hold the refund till I gave a positive feedback. I am really got frustrated about her behaviour. From the beginning very poor response and false communication also she doesn’t know how to speak to the customer. I want my money back on an urgent basis It’s with you for more than 2 weeks .If I have not received my refund within 2 days I will file a case. Also I want you to take necessary action against the seller for the improper behavior .Now I want to give a negative feedback for the worst service and behavior of seller. Please revert me on an urgent basis.
