i have sold the above Dynet Ram to the buyer Eby Kurein on 29th nov
after receiving the product the buyer claim that product is used junk but works but i tell ebay/buyer that it is a 100% gurantee it is a new product
Note: 1.Ram Is working Perfectly
2.Maximum Dynet Ram Comes loose packs only
Only one thing i did wrong was i haven't mentioned as loose pack & i haven't given free card reader
i have contacted the buyer try resolve the problem even i told him i will replaced & i will give u new Ram & card Reader he told me that he want refund
i said ok but told him that i want product within 10 days so shipped as soon as possible
i waited for the product 10 days,15 days even 20days but the he haven't shipped
so i called the ebay & told i will not give refund it is already 20 days because where i buy the product he also not refund me
Friends tell me who Is now more irresponsible ?
me or buyer?
after the argument with the buyer. he left the negative feedback & told me i do not want refund
but i m angry now with the ebay.in customer support not the buyer
they not doing refund cancellation even after one month
everyday i m calling to ebay they telling i will get a call from them within 2 days
but friends even after 30 days they call me even once
this is highly irresponsible
please help
it is request because i m blocked with my Rs.1100
